These terms cover your purchase and use of Shiduo Pro, an optional upgrade for the Shiduo macOS app made by Zhipeng Han ("we"). By buying or using Shiduo Pro, you agree to them.
Shiduo Free is open-source software released under the MIT License. Its source code and license are on GitHub.
Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), which acts as merchant of record and handles payments, taxes and invoices. Prices are shown in US dollars; taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy.
The 7-day free trial unlocks Pro features on one Mac without payment. When it ends, Pro features lock until you activate a license. Your files and the free features are unaffected.
Shiduo moves files to the Trash rather than deleting them, and automatic rules can be undone. You are still responsible for reviewing what you remove and for keeping backups of important files.
Shiduo is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages or data loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Shiduo Pro.
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date above.

本条款适用于你购买和使用拾掇 Pro。拾掇 Pro 是韩志鹏（Zhipeng Han，以下称“我们”）开发的 macOS 应用拾掇的可选升级。购买或使用拾掇 Pro，即表示你同意本条款。
拾掇免费版是以 MIT 许可证发布的开源软件，源代码和许可证见 GitHub。
付款由 Creem（creem.io）处理。Creem 是记录商户（merchant of record），负责收款、税费和发票。价格以美元显示；根据你所在的地区，结账时可能会另加税费。
购买后 14 天内可以申请全额退款。详见我们的退款政策。
7 天免费试用无需付款，可在一台 Mac 上解锁 Pro 功能。试用结束后，Pro 功能会锁定，直到你激活授权。你的文件和免费功能不受影响。
拾掇会把文件移到废纸篓而不是直接删除，自动整理规则也可以撤销。但你仍需自行确认要移除的内容，并备份重要文件。
拾掇按“现状”提供，不附带任何形式的保证。在法律允许的范围内，我们不对任何间接或后果性损失或数据丢失承担责任，我们的全部责任以你为拾掇 Pro 支付的金额为限。
