If Shiduo Pro isn't right for you, email 694561981@qq.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email or license key, and we'll issue a full refund. No questions needed.
Refunds are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Once refunded, the license key is disabled.
Purchases older than 14 days are generally not refundable, but please contact us if something is wrong and we'll do our best to help.

退款由我们的记录商户（merchant of record）Creem 处理，原路退回到你的付款方式。通常在 5 到 10 个工作日内到账，具体取决于你的银行。退款后，对应的授权码将被停用。
购买超过 14 天的订单一般不予退款，但如果遇到问题，请联系我们，我们会尽力帮忙。
